On 15th January 2018, the Financial Markets Regulator (AMF) amended its General Regulations. These Regulations govern the rules on Prospectuses and Issuer Requirements. The regulations confirm that prospectuses are to be submitted to the AMF who has the power to issue amendments and approvals to prospectuses.
The General Regulations should be read in accordance with:
- Regulation (EC) 809/2004 of 29 April 2004 implementing the Directive 2003/71 / EC;
- Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2016/301 of 30 November 2015 completing the Directive 2003/71 / EC; and
- Delegated Regulation (EU) No 382/2014 of 7 March 2014 completing the Directive 2003/71 / EC
