The Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) of France has published an update concerning the Decree of 11 December 2013, which was published in Official Journal of 20 December 2013 and amends books III and IV of the General Regulation of the AMF. These changes result from the transposition into French law of Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive 2011/61/EC of 8 June 2011.
