FINLAND: Finland major shareholding notification obligation exemptions granted by FIN-FSA

The Regulator of Finland major shareholdings, FIN-FSA, publishes a table that lists the companies that have been granted exemptions from the Finland major shareholding notification obligation by virtue of section 8 of the Decree of the Ministry of Finance on Notification of Major Holdings and Voting Rights (1021/2012, the Decree).
