FINLAND: Fin-FSA publishes Position on market making and primary dealing exemption under the EU Short Selling Exemption

The Finnish Financial Supervision Authority has published its Regulation and Guidelines 5/2013 on the market maker and primary dealer exemption under the EU Short Selling Regulation.

In the Regulation and Guidelines Fin-FSA has announced that it intends to comply with the ESMA guidelines.
