FINLAND: FIN-FSA publishes notification forms for reporting of net short selling positions under new EU Short Selling Regulation

Further to the update of 12th October 2012, the Finnish Financial Services Authority has provided forms for the reporting of Finland net short positions required under new EU Short Selling Regulation (EU) 236/2012, applicable from 1^st November. Completed forms should be sent via email to shortselling@finanssivalvonta.fi.
