On the 19^thSeptember 2017, Eurex published New Clearing Conditions for Eurex Deutschland and Eurex Zürich. The New Clearing Conditions is comprehensive and legislates for a range of matters concerning Clearing and Settlement Procedures.

The Conditions apply to the following Trades:

Clearing of Off-Book Trades
Clearing of Options Contracts
Clearing of Future Contracts

Furthermore, Eurex has also published a new Price List for Clearing Licenses which can be read in accordance with the new Clearing Conditions.
