On 5th February 2018, Eurex Clearing updated its Clearing Conditions. These rules outline how Eurex performs its clearing functions. The rules also determine the obligations for clearing members. The updated rules concern:
- Chapter I General Provisions
- Chapter II – Transactions Concluded at Eurex Deutschland and Eurex Zürich (Eurex Exchanges)
These updated rules are only available in German at present.
