Eurex has published updated Clearing and Settlement Rules which will apply to transaction on the Germany and Zurich Markets

The New Clearing Rules are comprehensive and provide a range of Clearing Conditions for the following transactions:

Clearing of Futures Contracts
Clearing of Options Contracts
Clearing of Off-Book Trades

This is supplemented by a list of definitions which provide the meaning of general provisions such as Multiple Clearing Relationships and Direct Netting.
