EUROPE: Open Hearing on CESR`s draft advice on UCITS IV

Following CESR `s draft advice to the EC on the UCITS IV directive, CESR is holding an open hearing session on the 1st of September 2009 in Paris. The Open hearing will be referring to the two consultation papers published on the 8th of July 2009 in respect of Key Information Document (KID) and the Management Company Passport. The Agenda also includes a presentation on the Commission `s investor testing exercise for the Key Information Document. The Commission published a detailed report on the 13th of July 2009 entitled “UCITS Disclosure Testing Research Report” containing findings of a research project designed to provide input from both consumer and intermediaries into the way in which information should be presented in the KII document.
