EUROPE: European Parliament approved Draft Directive on Eligible Assets of UCITS

The European Parliament has now approved the Draft Directive on Eligible Assets of UCITS, which follows on from the earlier work of CESR on eligible assets. This should not come into force in March 2007. The approved Draft can be found at the above link.
