Euronext has amended certain provisions in respect of the entry into force of the Rule Book pursuant to Rule 1801 of Book I of the Euronext Rule Book.
Rule 1603A has been inserted in order to make clear that Euronext may choose to provide information to an Issuer relating to the trading of that Issuer’s Securities on the Euronext Markets, subject to the confidentiality of such information being respected by the Issuer in question.
Additionally, a number of minor updates to definitions have been made.
The market rules entered into force on 1st July 2014.
