The European Securities and Markets Authority has published the list of market makers and primary dealers using the exemption from notification and restrictions on uncovered short sales under Article 17 of the EU Short Selling Regulation. The list has been compiled from data supplied by each of the national competent authorities and reflects the use of the exemption as at 12th Februiary 2014.
