EUROPE: ESMA publishes Guidelines on the model MoU concerning consultation, cooperation and the exchange of information related to the supervision of AIFMD entities in different languages

The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has published Guidelines on the model MoU concerning consultation, cooperation and the exchange of information related to the supervision of AIFMD entities in a number of different languages. The document is now available in Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Portugal, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish and Swedish.

The Guidelines have been published in English only since 18th July 2013.
