The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has published a draft Commission Regulation laying down implementing technical standards with regard to the format of the notification according to Regulation (EU) No 345/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2013 on European venture capital funds (EuVECA).

The Annex to the draft regulation contains a form for notification of registration of a European venture capital fund (EuVECA) manager or update of information already notified.
