The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) have published guidelines on the model memorandum of understanding (MoU) concerning consultation, cooperation and the exchange of information related to the supervision of Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) entities.
The table contains a list of competent authorities who have informed ESMA that they will comply or intend to comply with ESMA’s guidelines on the model MoU concerning consultation, cooperation and the exchange of information related to the supervision of AIFMD entities.
