The Committee of European Securities Regulators has published its Letter to the Commission on the Technical Details of the Pan-European Short Selling Disclosure Regime, and its Report on the Technical Details of the Pan-European Short Selling Disclosure Regime.

Both these documents, along with the previously published a Report on a Model for a Pan-European Short Selling Disclosure Regime, containing CESR`s proposal to the European institutions for such a regime.
