EGX Listing Committee approved during its meeting on February 12, 2014 the executive regulations of the Listing Rules that was also approved by the EFSA February 13, 2014.
EGX Chairman, thanked EFSA for approving the regulations after few hours from finalising EGX yesterday. This reflects the extent of cooperation between the two institutions for the benefit of the market.
The regulations are divided into three sections; first is about the listing rules and regulations while the second and third are about the disclosure and delisting consecutively.
