Nasdaq Copenhagen has updated its Rules governing the issuing of bonds and shares. These rules are comprehensive and set out the what steps must be taking by market participating when they list and issue shares and bonds. The rules are divided into 5 main sections:
- General Provisions
- Listing Requirements for Admitting Shares to Trading
- Disclosure Rules
- Special Rules
- Violation
This set of rules applies from 3rd January 2018.
