In reply to an email on the requirement to make Cyprus dealings disclosures during an offer period, the Cyprus Securities Commission provided the following information:

“Please be advised that the Takeover bids Law of 2007 as amended (Law 41(I)/2007) includes several provisions on publication/notification of transactions during the period of the takeover bid which can be found on section 26 of the Law. The Law can be found on Cysec`s website.”
