CYPRUS: Directive on fees payable and annual contributions of Alternative Investment Funds and Alternative Investment Fund Managers published in Official Gazette

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (The Commission) would like to inform all interested parties that Directive DI131/56-2014-01 “`Directive on fees payable and annual contributions of Alternative Investment Funds and Alternative Investment Fund Managers” has been published in the Official Gazette of the Republic, on the 7th November 2014(Annex Three, Part I, No 4829).

The present Directive is in force from Friday 7th of November 2014, the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic.
