The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) has published its policy on the submission of Financial Statements. The policy states that the exchange may request Financial Statements to be submitted within a specific time frame.
The policy states that if a listed issuer on regulated CSE Markets does not submit its financial statements within this time frame then the issuer can face a suspension of 2 months pursuant to Articles 183-185 of the Securities and Securities Act.
