The Cyprus Stock Exchange has made changes to listing fee rules in accordance with Article 10 (2) (e), 33, 48 and 57 of the CSE Laws 1993 to 2015 and 88 of the Securities and Stock Exchange.
These changes hold that transferable on a security may be removed from an unregulated / regulated market at the issuer’s request.
The changes will also adjust the listing fee amount on the exchange.
The Fee for the submission of a detailed statement of pledged securities registered in the Central Depository and Central Registry of Securities will amount to:
• € 10 per page up to 10 pages
• € 20 for more than 10 pages
