CROATIA: HANFA issue consultation on rules to establish the NAV of a UCITS

The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) has opened a public consultation in relation to draft Regulations on the determination of the net asset value and the price of shares of a UCITS fund.

The Regulations include draft rules for the following:

• determination of the net asset value of a UCITS fund and the price of shares in a UCITS fund,
• methods of calculating the value of assets and liabilities of a UCITS fund,
• the frequency of determining the net asset value of a UCITS fund,
• the method of calculating management fees and fees to the depositary; and
• the manner and time limits for reporting the net asset value of a UCITS fund and the price of shares of the UCITS fund.

Public comments or suggestions on the text of the proposed Regulations can be sent via the central e-Consulting online portal. The deadline for comments is 30^th June 2016.
