The Colombian Securities Market (AMV) has requested that any remaining submissions relating to the proposed changes to the Registration Rules on the Foreign Exchange Market, be submitted before close of business on 13th October 2017.
The proposed changes will replace Circular Letter No. 71 of 2016. The changes will supplement current instructions governing orders and transactions being conducted in a foreign currency.
