The Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) has formulated the SSE Measures for Pilot Program of Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Exchanges Connectivity Mechanism (SHSECM) and the SSE Guidance of Investor Suitability Management for Buying and Selling Stocks of SEHK-listed Companies according to the Regulations on Pilot Program of SHSECM of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the SSE Trading Rules, and other regulations, in a bid to standardize the pilot program of the SHSECM.
