The Investment Industry Regulatory Organisation of Canada has published a Rules Notice which requests comments on revised draft guidance that IIROC would propose to issue related to the marking of orders pursuant to UMIR to include “short sale” or “short-marking exempt” order designations in conjunction with Canada short selling designations.
Comments are to be received by 2 May 2012.
