The Canadian Securities Exchange (“CSE”) has announced that the exchange has been included on the list of “Qualified Foreign Exchanges” by OTC Markets Group Inc. Starting immediately, interested CSE-listed companies are eligible to apply for trading on the OTCQX and OTCQB marketplaces operated by OTC Markets Group in the United States.
