On 3rd January 2018, the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) announced how it will receive reports under MIFID II.
With MIFID II having come into effect on the 3rd January 2018 the FSC has announced that it will build an information system that will allow electronic submission of reports under Art. 26 of MIFIR. Once completed investment intermediaries and approved reporting mechanisms will be able to submit their reports electronically.
However in the absence of this system the FSC has stated that it will accept reports drawn up by approved reporting mechanisms by e-mail. Repots should be sent to: delovodstvo @ fsc.bg.
