BULGARIA: Bulgarian FSC publishes information on method for reporting Bulgaria short selling positions in shares

Further to the update of 22 October 2012, The Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission has published details on reporting Bulgaria net short positions in shares which came into force on 1 November.

The notification templates for both net short positions and notifications for public disclosure can be submitted by a number of methods. Email notifications should be forwarded to delovodstvo@fsc.bg and signed with an electronic signature. Alternatively, notifications can be sent by mail or in person, accompanied by a durable medium in .xml format to: Financial Supervision Commission, 1303 Sofia, 33 Shar Planina str.
