The General Meeting of B3 approved the change of the corporate name of BM & FBOVESPA SA – Stock, Commodities and Futures Exchange for B3 SA – Brazil, Bolsa, Balcão.
On 15th May 2017, B3 formally submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) the request for approval of this new corporate name, which will only be valid after approval by this regulatory body.
