Brazilian Exchange Brasil Bolsa Balcão (B3) has published its new Listing Rules due to come into effect on 1st February 2018.
The document is titled Novo Mercado (New Market) and the rules will govern all listing arrangements on the Market from the effective date onwards.
In addition to Listing Requirements the Rules also contain guidance for firms on what actions to take when an event may occur that will affect their listed status.
