BELGIUM: List of issuers subject to a Belgium takeover bid for dealing disclosure obligations

The Beligian regulator, the Financial Securities and Markets Authority (FSMA), publishes a list of issuers currently subject to a Belgium takeover bid for the purpose of dealing disclosure obligations under the Royal Decree of 27 April 2007 on takeover bids.
