On June 12, 2018, the bill to implement the new prospectus regulation under Belgian law was published on the Parliament’s website. This bill, in an earlier version, was the subject of a public consultation that took place between November 24, 2017 and January 15, 2018. It was amended following this consultation. The FSMA has published a communication in which it sets out the main aspects of the scheme introduced by the draft law on public offering and admission to trading.
