BELGIUM: FSMA Communication on Preparation for Entry into Force of MiFID II Directive

The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) has published a communication on the preparation for the entry into force of MiFID II. The Communication aims at facilitating the identification and reading of the rules of conduct amended by Directive 2014/65/EU.

The Communication in particular indicates the relevant text with regard to the rules of conduct laid down in MiFID II. Additionally, it summarises the main changes introduced by MiFID II.
