The Regulations on the introduction of the State Securities Register has entered into force. The Regulation approved by order #13-q of State Securities has been in force since 2nd February 2016.
The Register shall be run by the State Committee for Securities. It shall include issuers, issues of shares, bonds, promissory notes, registration of pledge of securities, mortgage securities, issues of housing certificates, depositary receipts, and approved issue prospectuses.
