AUSTRIA: FMA publishes Market Making and Authorised Primary Dealer exemption forms and manual on using web based tool for reporting of Austria short selling positions under EU Short Selling Regulation

Further to the update of 22 October 2012, the Austrian FMA have released the forms to be completed in order to avail of the Market Making and Authorised Primary Dealer exemptions under Article 17(1) and 17(3) of the Austria Short Selling Regulation. The relevant forms are available here.
