The takeovers Panel of Australia has published revised fees payable for Panel applications, which are indexed each year from 1 July based on any increase in the Consumer Price Index, pursuant to the Corporations (Fees) Act 2001 (Cth) and Corporations (Fees) Regulations 2001 (Cth).

With effect from 1 July 2016, as a result of indexation, a fee of USD 2,350 is payable on an application to the Panel.
