On 30 March KPMG published a briefing paper on The Corporations Legislation Amendment (Deregulatory and Other Measures) Act 2015, which became effective on 13 March 2015 and made changes to the rules surrounding the holdings of general meetings, remuneration reporting and auditor appointments.
