AUSTRALIA: Comments for the CP 296 Funds Management Consultation Closed

The CP 296 Funds Management Consultation Paper seeks feedback on our proposed guidance in relation to managed investment schemes, corporate collective investment vehicles (CCIVs) and passport funds.

The paper is based on the exposure drafts of the Treasury Laws Amendment (Corporate Collective Investment Vehicle) Bill 2017 and Corporations Amendment (Asia Region Funds Passport) Bill 2017, released 25 August 2017.
