The Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV) has signed a Multilateral Memorandum of Understanding (MMoU) under the Board meeting of the International Organisation of Securities Commissions (IOSCO).
The Memorandum of Understanding provides a legal framework for consultation, cooperation and exchange of information among the signatories.
