GREECE: Reporting system goes live for Greece short selling disclosures

The Hellenic Capital Markets Commission has launched its reporting platform for Greece short selling disclosures.

The platform is available in both Greek and English.

There is a user manual which details the process of registration and the notification procedure. The platform allows for electronic filing of net short positions in Greek shares and sovereign debt pursuant to the EU Short Selling Regulation.

Notifications from tomorrow (1 May) will be required to be made through the new online portal.
