GREECE: Morgan Stanley fined for breach of Greece major shareholding rules

The Hellenic Capital Market Commission has imposed a fine totalling EUR 96,000 on Morgan Stanley, Morgan Stanley & Co International PLC and Morgan Stanley & Co LLC for breaches of the Greece major shareholding disclosure rules. Morgan Stanley failed to make a notification of  changes in their participation in the voting rights in listed companies.
