The Hellenic Capital Markets Commission in its Board Decision of 19th January 2012 announced several penalties imposed for breaches of the Greece major shareholdings provisions. The fines ranged from €4,500 to €15,000 for late announcements of changes in voting rights in line with Law 3556/2007.
