GERMANY: BaFin publishes form for the Notification of the Intention to Manage EU AIF’s

The Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) published a form on 5 August 2015 for the notification procedure for a German AIFM to manage EU AIFs established in another Member State either directly or by establishing a branch in other Member States of the European Union or in signatories to the Agreement on the European Economic Area pursuant to section 53 of the KAGB (Art. 33 AIFMD).
