GERMANY: BaFin Conference Recasting Rules of Conduct to Implement MiFID II Requirements

On October 27, 2017, BaFin is organizing a conference in the German National Library in Frankfurt to implement the requirements of the European Financial Markets Directive (MiFID II) for the revision of the Code of Good Practices in Sections 31 of Securities Trading Act ( WpHG) ). On the agenda are the amendments imposed by the MiFID II, the delegated directive and regulation, and the transposition into German law.

The conference is aimed at interested market participants such as banks, financial institutions, associations who want to learn about current issues related to the implementation of the Directive.
