The decree of 13 April 2018, published in the Official Journal of 21 April 2018, modifies books III and IV of the AMF General Regulation.
The purpose of these amendments is to enable UCITS, general purpose investment funds, funds of hedge funds, general-purpose professional funds and employee savings funds to implement certain tools; management of liquidity risk (subscription and / or redemption notice, in-kind redemptions and partial or total closing of subscriptions), pursuant to certain provisions of ordinance no. 2017-1432 of 4 October 2017 on modernization the legal framework for asset management and debt financing.
