On 18th December 2017, the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) updated the DOC-2016-04 which regulates the “dissemination of information” in the event of a public offering or admission to trading of financial securities on a regulated market in order to allow the filing electronic reference documents.
The amended instructions will come into effect on January 15, 2018. The new filing terms will be available on ONDE via the AMF extranet site on that date. Thus, from this date, reference documents will no longer be sent via the mailbox provided for this purpose, but on this extranet. This change, which does not entail any additional burden for the issuers but a simple change of filing modality, is part of the dematerialization of filing processes undertaken by the AMF and ultimately aimed at enabling electronic filing. of all the documents sent by the issuers to the regulator.
