FRANCE: AMF Releases Public Consultation on the National Prospectus Threshold

On 24^th January 2018, the Financial Markets Authority (AMF) launched a consultation which analyses the “New National Prospectus Threshold and the Applicable Disclosure Regime”.

This Prospectus Regime was approved on 14^th June 2017, its introduction means that once a  national threshold is met it is mandatory for companies to publish a prospectus.

The consultation considers the adequacy of these arrangements and what companies must disclose if they are below the threshold and are not obliged to file a Prospectus.
