FRANCE: AMF Makes Changes to Clearing House Operating Rules

On 28th  November 2017, the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) published changes which apply to the operating rules for clearing houses and the LCH SA financial instruments settlement. The amended rules are listed in the CDS Clearing Rule Book.

One notable change that the amendments make is that they will extend the current clearing service to encompass Options trades.
