On 21st December 2017, Nasdaq Helsinki updated the listed companies list. These updates have been made in accordance with the implementation of MiFID II regulatory in Finland.
Insider Guidelines have also been updated, in particular, with reference to the Financial Supervisory Authority and the European Securities and Markets Authority (hereinafter ‘ESMA’).
In addition, technical have been made to the European Rules document. One particular change it makes is to the definition of warrants under Chapter 6.
